MEMBERSHIP HOLD REQUEST

This is not a membership cancellation request.

Before submitting a Hold Request… A reminder from our membership agreement that unless you are away for TWO WEEKS in a month, we are unable to freeze your account or adjust your payment.  That said, we would like for you to come in for additional workouts during that month in order to make up the sessions you will miss while traveling or being out of town.  

Also, make sure to email us at edwardsville@ikoachfitness.com for home workouts, travel workouts, or other support while you’re away from the facility!

Notes:   

  • Your membership hold will be processed within 5 business days.
  • Upon expiration of the hold period that you select below, your account will automatically reactivate.

Your membership hold will be processed in 5 BUSINESS DAYS. This prior notification is REQUIRED by the billing company. If you are billed during this time, your payment will remain as a credit on your membership account for when you return.
